Tesco have taken occupation of the last remaining unit at Station Road, Fulwell Sunderland sitting alongside Heron Foods who commenced trading in 2023. Following closure of the Sainsburys store in 2021, the site has been reconfigured and subdivided into 2 retail units each of approximately 4,650 ft2. The scheme was marketed by Lofthouse and Partners who targeted and secured the tenants advising the developer.
