100% OCCUPANCY ACHIEVED AT AVALON HOUSE 

Three office lettings by L&P at Hylton Riverside in the last 24 months saw 2 new tenants secure space at Avalon House in Sunderland last week. We can now announce that following landlords works, handover has been concluded to MY DENTIST who have signed a long term deal to take the entire first floor totalling 8,340 ft2 and they have commenced fit out which will exceed £1.5m. Minerva Credit at the same time have committed to the remaining space on the ground floor and will occupy the west wing of 4,711 ft2. These 2 new occupiers will sit alongside existing tenants Torgersen’s and Royal College of Nursing.

The building is located  immediately adjacent to the Northern Spire Bridge just off Wessington Way (A1231) and opposite Hylton Retail Park.Avalon House is now 100% occupied and these recently concluded office lettings will see take-up negotiated by ourselves here to around 17,000 ft2 since Q4 of 2022.

L&P are retained as sole agents on the building having marketed the space and advised the landlords Jomast on each of the lettings.
