A sale has been agreed on behalf of The British Red Cross of their existing premises and we have simultaneously negotiated terms for the acquisition of new offices within Sunderland . The existing suburban premises on the outskirts of the city will be replaced by accessible offices in an iconic building in the city centre.
L&P Director Mario Jaconelli who dealt with the acquisition on behalf of Red Cross said “this was a particularly challenging client instruction to fulfil as timing was critical to ensure Red Cross had no downtime and therefore the buyer for their existing premises had to be fully secured and legally contracted before identifying, negotiating and acquiring the new office but thankfully all hurdles have now been overcome and occupation of the new premises is anticipated June 2017 following fit out.”
