The British Red Cross have recently retained the services of our acquisition department to secure new offices within Sunderland city centre. A criteria has been agreed on behalf of the client who are seeking modern open plan office space of between 1500-2000 square feet. The premises must be fully DDA compliant with good access to public transport facilities. A number of opportunities have now been identified in the city and we are close to agreeing terms with an announcement expected soon. We have also been instructed in the disposal of their existing premises on the outskirts of the city from which they plan to relocate.
